MEET ASHLEY CONSTANS

Ashley Constans, formerly of Merrill Lynch, brings a wealth of professional experience to Redfearn & Associates as the Director of Operations. Constans heads up all aspects of account services, vendor relations and business development departments for the company. Constans also serves as a private consultant to non-profits, and is often hired to help oversee the acquisition of creative and unique silent/live auction items, event volunteers, as well as RFP submission and catering company management. Constans is well-known in the industry for working fluidly with non-profit event committee members to ensure every auction item and decor detail is no less than perfect.
