Meet Ashley Constans
Ashley Constans, formerly of Merrill Lynch, brings a wealth of professional experience to Redfearn & Associates as the Director of Operations. Constans heads up all aspects of account services, vendor relations and business development departments for the company. Constans also serves as a private consultant to non-profits and is often hired to help oversee the acquisition of creative and unique silent/live auction items, event volunteers, as well as RFP submission and catering company management. Constans has received multiple honors including: nominations for San Diego Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Awards 2011 and San Diego Magazine’s Women Who Move the City 2011. She has also served as the co-chair for both the Hospital Infantil de las Californias' "2011 Concert for the Children" and will serve as co-chair for the 2nd Annual Chiefs Gala & Golf Classic for the Burn Institute in 2012. Constans is well-known within the industry for working fluidly with non-profit event committee members to ensure every auction item and decor detail is no less than perfect.
